• Moka stainless steel filter has smaller holes (0.2 mm diameter, compared to traditional 0.8mm). It extracts coffee avoiding high pressured water.
• Reduces coffee particles, makes coffee cleaner, emphasises acidity and reduces bitterness.
• Silicone gasket will last much longer without need for replacement. It will not harden and will not absorb bad smell, as apposed to original gaskets.
